My recipes are gluten-, dairy- and refined sugar-free and focus on whole foods. I believe in a holistic approach to health. You can’t just be healthy in one place—there has to be a balance in all aspects of your life. That’s why Wildblend’s motto is eat wild – train wild – live wild!
My label Wildblend aims to inspire people to live an active, happy and healthy lifestyle, and to eat wild, unpackaged, natural foods to nourish their bodies and their souls. My recipes are focused on fresh seasonal ingredients, and celebrating unprocessed, healthy whole foods with a dash of superfoods.
I've always been a keen cook and loved spending time in the kitchen with my mum. She taught me to be creative and gow with the flow. I don't really stick to recipes and combine flavours and textures as I go. Today, I still love making everything from scratch because I enjoy the process. Nut-cheeses, milk, sauces, bread and kombucha—I make all these things myself and avoid the supermarket as much as I can. I'm happiest when I create.
